EDUCATION

EMMANOR RIGONAN graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

BACKGROUND

Before joining the Law Offices of Samuelsen, Gonzalez, Valenzuela & Brown, LLP, Ms. Rigonan worked for the Public Counsel’s Consumer Law Project on consumer fraud issues, at US Tax Shield with complex tax issues, and also as an accountant for several years, gaining valuable analytical and financial skills that continue to inform her legal practice. More recently, she was an attorney for a large defense firm in Los Angeles before joining our Long Beach office in 2025.
