Maria Ximena Zimeri graduated cum laude from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree in 2016. In 2019, she obtained her LLM in Arbitration, Negotiation and Commercial Law at Pepperdine University and passed the California Bar in 2019. She is licensed to practice law in both Guatemala and California.

BACKGROUND

Maria Ximena joined the firm in 2020. Prior to her experience in workers’ compensation, Maria Ximena previously worked as an attorney in the field of contract and civil litigation where she handled complex cases and worked with international clients. As a fluent Spanish and English speaker, Maria Ximena effectively communicates with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized representation. With a proven record of negotiating settlements and resolving cases efficiently, she provides aggressive defense strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is dedicated to finding efficient and effective case solutions whether through early resolution or vigorous defense. Maria Ximena has handled multiple court proceedings, depositions and has reached numerous settlement agreements. Her goal is to protect the interests of the client and achieve successful outcomes.
