WILL V. MCHENRY
EDUCATION
Mr. WILL MCHENRY has been practicing law in California since 2000 after graduating from Southwestern University School of Law. Prior to practicing workers' compensation law, Mr. McHenry served as in-house counsel for a national general contractor. His responsibilities included advising corporate officers regarding best practices to limit corporate liabilities and draft and negotiate contracts accordingly. Additional responsibilities included resolving party disputes through informal settlement, arbitration and litigation.
BACKGROUND
Mr. McHenry is a seasoned defense attorney who has been practicing workers' compensation law from 2013 to present. Since that time, Mr. McHenry's law practice has been devoted to defending employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers' compensation law including litigation of §132a claims and Serious and Willful injury claims. Mr. McHenry has cultivated a reputation for professionalism and zealous advocacy amongst his clients, opposing counsel and WCAB Judges. Mr. McHenry has considerable experience in both taking and defending depositions.
Mr. McHenry takes pride in methodically undertaking each case from inception to final resolution. He joined SGVB’s Irvine office in 2025.
